Guy Ritchie's first film remains his best. While his follow-up, "Snatch" certainly has the starpower to back it up, "Lock, Stock and Two Smoking Barrels" remains the finest of all his films.
Lock, Stock follows four friends: Eddie, Bacon, Tom and Soap. Bacon is a stolen goods salesmen, Tom is a illegal goods tradesman, Soap is a legitimate chef and Eddie is a cardshark. Together, they have pooled a large sum of money in order to enter Eddie into an illegal poker game.
