If you are a fan of primo reggae grooves, then Lee "Scratch" Perry's "Panic In Babylon" will send you into a frenzy. The White Belly Rats, a Swiss reggae band lend Perry a helping hand on the album and their influence is shown throughout. The opening track, "Rastafari," has a representative reggae stroke and one can picture dreadlocks flying seamlessly in the air. "Purity Rock" has a techno touch with distorted sounds mixed in. "Pussy Man" has a sensuous Caribbean softness. For those unaccustomed with the reggae style of music, the lyrics might be incomprehensible. "Fight to the Finish" begins with an announcement, "Leo
