After leaving Gloucester, Massachusetts, the Andrea Gail sailed towards the North Atlantic, unaware of the killer storm that was headed their way.
This film stars George Clooney as Billy Tyne, Mark Wahlberg as Bobby Shatford, Diane Lane as Christina Cotter, John C. Reilly as Dale "Murph" Murphy, William Fichtner as David "Sully" Sullivan, John Hawkes as Michael or "Bugsy" Moran, and Allen Payne as Alfred Pierre. Also featured throughout the film are Mary Elizabeth Mastrantonio, Karen Allen, Cherry Jones, Bob Gunton, and Christopher McDonald.
