When I was asked to review a children's book, I did not know what to expect. This is a first for me. But I was wowed throughout this book. I work with boys grades Kindergarten through 2nd grade,and they would thoroughly enjoy this book. I chuckled my way through it.
Scamper, a squirrel who loves homemade corn bread, was relatable because we had a squirrel at one of my childhood homes to whom we fed graham crackers. Squirrels and bird feeders are something that happen often, so I liked the idea of how Aunt Boo solved her problem.
Scamper With the Peanut Butter Feet is a delightful read that would put a smile on any child's face. Get it and read it to your children or grandchildren!
