The game is a whole new interpretation of the standard classic matching game, featuring Clumsy Smurf. To start each turn, Clumsy spins around, but you have no idea who he will stop at. If he points to you, he hands you a card. Each player collects these cards, which feature your favorite Smurf characters, and matches them to their game boards. However, some cards may trip you up, forcing you to pass your own cards to another player. Sometimes, you may get a card that tells you to pass your entire board to another player! The first person to fill their two boards with Smurfy cards wins the game.
