What's Going On?

Jason Miles, who has made previous tribute albums for artists such as Miles Davis, has recreated the works of Marvin Gaye in his newest Jazz album. Entitled "What's Going On," Miles breathes new life into Gaye's classics. In the eleven track tribute, Miles uses his raspy voice to belt out the title track "What's Going On," while using his musical talents to instrumentally bring these favorite tunes front and center. Miles does receive help from various other greats in the Jazz world to complete his homage to the late and great Marvin Gaye.
