White Mountains Value Pass provides adult admissions to several appealing destinations


The White Mountains Value Pass, a $750 value, retails for just $299

White Mountains Attractions’ 2011 Value Pass contains two adult admissions to each of 16 appealing destinations. The pass provides consumers with roughly $750 worth of admissions, but you can purchase your very own passbook for just $299.

While the tickets are not refundable or available for resale, they are transferable and valid anytime during the summer and fall seasons of 2011.

The Attitash Mountain Resort, which is open through Labor Day weekend, is a popular attraction for families with young children. You can enjoy the Nor’Easter Mountain Coaster, a variety of waterslides, mountain bike trails, and a scenic chair ride that provides you with breathtaking views atop the White Mountain Observation Tower.

Endless adventure awaits those who stop by Cannon Mountain, where you can ride the exciting Aerial Tramway. At the summit of Cannon Mountain, you can either dine or drink at the cafeteria and bar, or you can enjoy the outdoors by strolling along scenic walking paths and visiting a 360 degree observation deck.

Trained bears and the White Mountain Central Railroad are located at Clark’s Trading Post, an attraction established in 1928 that continues to be one of New Hampshire’s most popular venues.

Sightseers tend to flock to the Conway Scenic Railroad, home of the Valley Train and the Notch Train. Children under the age of 4 are allowed to ride for free, while well-behaved dogs can also tag along as passengers take in the beautiful scenery of the Mt. Washington Valley countryside.

Passengers are carried to the top of the Northeast’s highest peak on the Mt. Washington Cog Railway, an engineering marvel built entirely on a trestle that is regarded as the second-steepest mountain climbing train on the planet.

Self-guided tours at Polar Caves Park take you through a spectacular series of caves and passageways that were created by ice from the third continental glacier.
