Conway was opening a local clothing store
At the 1976 opening of a new Anthony's store in Oklahoma, Conway Twitty appeared and was signing autographs. My boss threatened to fire anyone who took off to go see Conway, but I went anyway and didn't get fired. I had my picture taken with Conway.
