Dale Evans (with Roy Rogers)

Many years ago, while traveling cross country on a Greyhound bus, we stopped for a red light. Standing in front of a hotel across the street was Dale Evans (with Roy Rogers). Roy seemed agitated; obviously, their cab or limo was late. But Dale Evans noticed me smiling at her across the street and smiled and waved back at me. I was sorry when the light turned green and we pulled away.
