My dad used to be Republican. When Elizabeth Taylor was married to Sen. John Warner, there was a barbecue to gain support for his first try at senator nomination. I was probably about 8 years old or so and I sat next to Elizabeth Taylor, who was barefoot and talked about school and stuff.
