My brush with
When I was five-years-old, my parents took me to see a play in Chicago. It was the "Elaphant Man" starring David Bowie. It was a very long play and when it was over my parents went to see if they could meet David. I was crying and my father was holding me for comfort when David Bowie asked if I was ok, my father told him the lights from the cameras was too much for me to handle. David asked to hold me and my father said yes. David held me and told me that the cameras were too much for him to handle too and he dried my tears and gave me a big hug and kiss before handing me back to my father...it was a special night and I will never forget it.
