Courtney Love Hijacks Bar
My girlfriend and I were were having some drinks in a bar called "N" in New York's SOHO district last month. It's a small, dark little tapas place, and there was probably about eight to 10 people there in total. All of a sudden, like a trainwreck, Courtney Love bursts in the front door of the place waving her cell phone over her head and screaming at the poor female bartender, "I need to use your phone!" Before the bartender had a chance to react, Courtney had forced her way behind the tiny bar and proceeded to use the house phone. She was terribly agitated and yelling down the line about "Some Motherf**ker."
In the midst of this, her cell phone rings and now she's having two simultanious arguments while totally blocking the barmaid from moving around behind the bar. I don't think the bartender really cared anyway, as everybody was too busy watching the trainwreck to order dinks.
The storm ended as quickly as it started, when Courtney Love hung up the phone and ran out of the bar as quickly as she came in - with not even a "Thank You" to the poor bartender.
Two or three days later, I saw her on TV at a court appearance regarding custody of her daughter.
