In hometown, 1939, 7 yr.old sister sung with Earnest Tubb on flatbed trailer.
In 1939, when Earnest Tubb picked our small hometown to park his trailer and he was on a trailer platform. My parents took us to see him, and my sister, Dolores, who is two years older than me got to get up there and sing "Walking the Floor Over You" with him. I got to get up there too, and stand. It was always a pleasant thought to remember our brush with fame very early in our lives.
