Piano player for the Valley Night Hawks
I am Miss Whistler's nephew. She playedfor a band called The Valley Night Hawks and at all the USO shows around here during World War II. She also played the electronic organ. She was well known around this part of Texas. Miss Whistler showed my mother how to play both the piano and the organ. She was very well liked by both audience and theband players.
