Sat in the same row as Bruce
I attended a concert in San Jose, California for my 50th birthday featuring Bob Dylan and other baby boomer era musicans. It was very difficult to see anything, since we sat on the floor and not in the stands. I was very disappointed. It was announced that Bruce Springsteen was in attendance. His mother lives in San Jose. As I was straining my neck to get a glimpse of Bob Dylan, a man comes over and sat at the end of the row about four seats away. He was smiling and tapping his foot, bobbing his head - and I told my friend - look it's Bruce Springsteen. I was just about to shake his hand, but it looked like a security person was next to him. As I turned, he got up and left. But to think of all those people in the arena and all those row of seats - he sat in mine! It made my 50th memorable!
