I played his nurse!
My uncle was in the stagehand's union, so when Alice Cooper came to OKC (many years ago), my cousin, her best friend, one of my friends, & I all got free tickets. Cooper's band needed 2 girls to play a part on stage of nurses during his song about insanity, so my cousin & her best friend donned the nurse uniforms & wrapped him in a straight jacket on stage. Alice Cooper must have been ahead of his time for performance art!
