Anthony Quinn

In February of 1999, I was window shopping at the Water Tower Place on Michigan Avenue in Chicago, when who do I see in a hat shop? No other than Anthony Quinn, my mouth gaped so wide you could pop a jar of olives and sling in a martini shot inside. I slowly approached him, with my husband and 6 year old daughter gazing at me as if I had seen a ghost. I introduced my daughter to Mr. Quinn, he asked me where could he find a ski hat as he was preparing for a ski vacation. All I could think of was "Zorba" the Great! I took a chance on naming the only store I thought may assist him was Neiman Marcus, next door. I was humbled by the experience and hopefully was of service as he now gets to ski forever on high hills of heaven.
