I hung out with Angus!!
While working in my local Hooters, Angus and his tour manager sat in my section for lunch the day before their concert (AC/DC), in my hometown of Charleston, WV. He was very sweet and of course the girls were all excited to meet him. He asked us if we could show him around the town that evening. We met him at the lobby of the Marriot Hotel where he was staying. We then took him to a local pub, where he ordered...TEA!! After an engaging evening, we all decided we were hungry. So we took Angus to a famous local late-nite eatery. Needless to say, by 3am our party grew and grew as people noticed who we were hanging with. Angus enjoyed the eats, we dropped him back off at the hotel (he was a perfect gentleman!).
The next day we discovered that he had sent 30 tickets and backstage passes for all of us at Hooters, for the concert that evening!! What an evening we had at the concert...AC/DC rocked the town of Charleston. Our gang went backstage where Angus and Malcom Young gave us all T-shirts, which they then signed for us.
This has been my absolutely favorite celebrity run-in...the men from AC/DC ROCK!!!!!
