Cher lived down the beach - when I was a kid...
I was raised in Oxnard, California. When I was in High School we use to see Cher, and other Hollywood celebrities along the beach in Oxnard and Malibu.
It was fun to see people you admire in such a casual setting. The little boy from "Courtship of Eddie's Father - Brandon Cruz lived on my block, and it's funny to see him today as a punk rocker. Wow quite the change....
