Working in a restaurant, his mom leaves behind roll of film
Adrien Brody, youngest person to win best actor Oscar, came into a restaurant I worked in, with his mother, former photographer for the Village Voice. I'm excited because he's from the same obscure neighborhood in Queens that I'm from (Woodhaven). As they leave, I notice his mom left a roll of film behind in her seat. I rushed it over to them, and end up gushing how I'm from Woodhaven too, and one of my friend's knew him. He was very cool, much like the friends I've come to know growing up.
