I overcharged the Champ.
Back in 1973 I worked in a toll booth on the Pa. Turnpike at Lehigh Valley Interchange. Ali came thru my lane driving a large motorhome on his way to Deer Lake ,Pa., where he trained. He paid for his fare & his entire entourage. We chatted about his up-coming fight. I was so thriiled to meet him-he was so personable that I forgot he had paid & he paid the fares again. After he left I realized I had charged him twice!!
