Bob Seger

In 1977, when I was 17 years old, a friend and I drove 4 hours to attend the Iowa Jam (an annual weekend concert in the park). The main attraction that year, and yes, he was popular big time back then, was Bob Seger. My friend and I were dressed in bikini tops and cut off Levis, enjoying the show when some guy I had never met put me on his shoulders for part of the Seger show. We were right up against the stage, and when Bob Seger started playing/singing Night Moves (a very popular song in 1977) he looked at me and winked. Then, when there was a break from his singing in that song, he approached me and kissed me on the lips. Seems pretty silly now, but it was a big deal back then!
