Darcey Tucker at a house party.
I guess about 3 years ago I went to a house party. The guy who had the house party was a friend of my husbands. Anyway when I walked in his friend introduced me to some people...then he said and this is my friend Tucker. I shook his hand and said nice to meet you. Anyway...we all did what most people at house parties do...we had a few drinks...chatted and played some games then went home. It seemed like a pretty normal party. Little did I know that my husbands friend "Tucker" was Darcey Tucker from the Toronto Maple Leafs. Hockey was never brought up that night and no one was swarming him or asking him a ton of questions about hockey so how was I supposed to know.
It wasn’t till my husband and I were on our way home did I find out. When my husband made a comment something like "I guess the ‘Leafs are not playing tomorrow if Tucker was at the party".
I guess I should pay more attention to hockey and what the players look like and I would have at least known who I was shaking hands with.
