When I was 18, I was assigned a term paper in a class on a child actor, Mike Lookinland who played Bobby Brady on the Brady Bunch. He just happened to live in San Pedro, California, my hometown. My mother's friend Emily just happened to be a casual housekeeper for them.

She talked to Mike Lookinlands mother about my assignment and she gave me permission to do the paper on her son. Mike Lookinland aka Bobby Brady was about 9 or 10 years old at the time. I got to spend time with him, took him to eat and interviwed him. Many people reconized him on our outings. Needless to say I was famous for a awhile. I received a good grade.
