Some of my most embarrassing moments
The first embarrassment, I had been cleaning and ran out of supplies so I ran out to the store looking my worst, shorts & messy hair. I stopped at the corner waiting on the traffic. Low and behold the Queen & the Duke was passing in a convertible, she said hello but I'm not sure if I answered. The next time my son was receiving The Duke of Edinburg Award, I was showing every-one the proper way to greet the royals. Then came my turn in the receiving line, I curtsied to the governor general and his wife, arrive in front of the Queen & the Duke and completely freeze. The Duke said “It’s a pleasure to meet you." My reply "I know." and walked away. Can you imagine how stupid I felt?
