The best rocker in town
Sometime in the late 70's when I was a Wee lassie Rod was playing in Glasgow supported by Long John Baldry. My friends father took us to the Albany hotel for tea after the concert and who strolled in the door!!! Yes you guessed it was Rod. My friends father acted very quickly and approached Rod "Excuse me Mr. Stewart I have some young ladies who would like to meet you" Rod came over asked each one of us our names said hello , and shook our hands What a wonderful end to an evening. I think it took me a few weeks before I calmed down. My friends and I have been to every concert Rod has played in Glasgow. We have our 50th Birthdays coming up and have been saving for a special trip, after recent stories that Rod is going to possibly play Vegas that is where we are heading. We adore him and have seen him on several occasions at the hotels he has stayed in, where we go before his concerts. We are experts at finding out where he is.
Las Vagas here we come!!!!!
