Is Ann Richards all wet?
It was an early morning several years ago. I was jogging along Town Lake in Austin, Texas. Headed toward me was Ann Richards, the Governor of Texas at the time. She was jogging with an aide. As she approached, several greetings ran through my head. I wasn't sure how to address her. As we reached each other, I stepped into a puddle of water and splashed water all over her. I jogged by without a word.
