umm...geodesic domes are really cool
Around 1982 - a year before he died, Mr. Fuller gave a lecture at my high school auditorium. Somehow, my dad got us into the reception at some rich woman's house afterward, and I shook his hand and spoke to him for a couple of minutes. I was only 17 and very nervous, but he was very friendly and engaging. Unfortunately, I instantly forgot whatever sage-like advice he might have had due to my nervousness.
