I met Tom Hanks at a ballgame in Cincinnati
Tom Hanks along with Ron Howard and Dennis Miller were attending a Reds game in Cincinnati as part of a cross-country ballpark bus tour. There was a 2-hour rain delay in the bottom of the second inning so everyone was milling around under the stands when I saw they were showing a lot of clips from Tom Hanks’ movies on the Jumbo-tron. Then they put the camera on Tom and I realized I was close to him so I went and introduced myself (along with quite a few others).
