Locan man goes national, makes best dressed list
Bran Williams still comes back to his hometown often. I saw him at a dedication of the re-opening of a merry-go-round in a long time park that was destroyed in the 1972 flood here. He's an inspiration to all the youth, here, in a small town that's very poor.
