Went to school with him
He was in my senior high school class back in 1962. We became very good friends. He was just as funny then as he is now. The school was a private boarding school in Stockbridge, Mass., and I attended my junior and senior years there. In my junior year I was quite ill with spinal meningitis and was laid up for over a month in the local hospital. Chevy was one of the first to visit me and it made me feel good because, of course, I liked him and still do.
