The day I met Elle May
I had the pleasure of meeting Donna Douglas who played Elle May on the Beverly Hillbillies. She came to the little town of DuBois, Pa., which was the hometown where the famous western movie star Tom Mix was born. She came in for the Tom Mix festival and I went up and introduced myself then got an autograph and chatted with her for about 10 minutes. She was the nicest most down to earth person I have ever met! She was also very beautiful!
