An e-mail I recieved today
Roz Varon is the traffic reporter for ABC 7 here in Chicago. Right now she is battling Breast Cancer and I sent her an e-mail saying I hoped that she was getting better and that I missed seeing her smile on the news show. She sent me an e-mail back today thanking me for my kind words and that she would be back in a couple of weeks and we can see her smiling face again. I have also spoken with Roz Varon back in 1999 when I got my very First Saturn and Roz has a segment called I Love My Car.
She put a picture of me with the car on TV and called me a few minutes before it aired and my land lady at the time taped it for me. About three years ago I was involved in a car accident where I was rear-ended and the car was totaled.
I sent her a copy of the car that was totaled and a picture of the new car and
this was a message to drivers to wear their seatbelts.
