The best celebrity memory that I have is from a few years ago: meeting Barbara Streisand in New York City. Let me say that she is just AMAZING!!! Best of all, we saw her in a hotel and got to speak briefly about some of her work. She was totally gracious to us. (Me and My grandmother) One of my uncles had recently passed so we begged my grandmother to come out for a little while. It had been a few months since the funeral and afraid that she would slip into depression I tried everything I could to get her back to life. After our brief conversation Barbara ended up sending us tickets to a show and it really did cheer up my grandmother. It reminded her that life does go on even when we lose our loved ones and she was very happy that she came out with us that evening.
