B.J. Armstrong

Growing up in Chicago it was a BIG deal to meet any of the Chicago Bulls players. I went to a small pet store with my mom and this guy came up to me and started talking to me. He looked familiar, but I couldn't place where I knew him from. After talking to him for at least 15 minutes I still didn't know how I knew him, but thought he was very nice to talk to some girl who will talk to anyone. I was a teenager and asked the owner who it was when he left, and he told me B.J. Armstrong. I felt pretty goofy not knowing who my favorite player was on the Bulls. One of my husbands close friends are now very close friends with B.J. Armstrong and I still feel a little silly. I haven't had the guts to tell him about the time when I didn't know who he was.
