I had no clue who he was.
I used to work at a popular restaurant in the Minneapolis area, and when Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat was in town, Donny Osmond came in on a regular basis--of course, always on my day off. I came to work one day, after two days off, and was bummed to find out that Donny had been in the day before, and had told some of the other employees that he was leaving town the same day. A few hours later, a very nice, good looking man came in, and told me he was in a hurry, asking if he could be served as soon as possible. I seated him, and went into the kitchen to get his server, who was busy at the moment, so the manager said she'd take his order. A few minutes later, the manager came up to me and asked if that was the man I had been referring to. I told her it was, and she started to laugh, telling me it was Donny Osmond. I was so sure he had already left town, that I didn't even recognize him!
