Was he or wasn't he
When I was about 10 (25 years ago) my cousin and I were riding a tram across the Disneyland parking lot back to our hotel because the lines on the tram were too long and there was a young man with a blond mohawk and an accent that was riding it too. We were scared and he started talking to us. I told him I had an older sister and she was really mean to me, and he said that his brother was really mean to him but he took care of him by setting a newspaper on fire. We asked him how that affected his brother and he said that the brother was reading it at the time. We got off at the first stop and ran all the way back to our hotel room without ever looking back. A few years later I was jamming to White Wedding. We will never know if that was Billy Idol, but man it sure looked like him.
