The highlight of my career...
I'm an actor, and to pay the bills from time to time I do extra work. Recently, I showed up at my call time on a set without even having asked what the film was (a bit jaded I think). I settled into my spot for the scene, and it looked like the director was using me to rack the focus to the lead actor's monologue. The stand-in got up, the lead actor sat down just a bit behind and to the right of me... and it's Benicio del freakin' Toro. One of the best character actors out there, and I'm in the shot with him! And all I can think is... "this better not be the highlight of my film career."
