Mr. Eagleson was discussing his investments with then employer (Affinity Financial Group). (approx summer 2001) He happened to go to the washroom at the same time that I was there. So we were next to each other at the urinals. From my angle, he looked like his face had aged during his stint at prison. Since he was a client of my employer, I decided to stay quiet and not make any small talk.
