Met Bob Hope by chance.
In 1976 I was checking out of the Marriott in Atlanta, GA along with two friends and my high school buiness teacher. I was excited because I had just won the Georgia State FBLA Typing Award for the second time. I looked over at the man checking in and it was Bob Hope. He just grinned and asked if we had had a nice stay. Almost speechless, I answered and told him about our stay and that I had won the contest. He was so nice and even gave us his autograph and wrote "Congrats" on mine. We were so mad because we didn't have any film in our camera.
