My Grandmother was Paul McCartney's housekeeper for 6 years.
My Grandmother who lived her whole life in England, spent her days keeping house and cooking for Paul McCartney in the Beatles Heyday.
He affectionately called her Millsie as a Nickname because her last name was mills. Although I never actually met him he often gave her memorabilia to pass along to me. It is my understanding that the song "Lilly the Pink" (a hit from the same era) performed by Paul McCartney's brother Mike McGear AKA Michael McCartney in the band "The Scaffold" also refers to my Grandmother since her name was Lilly.
These are great memories for my family to remember for the rest of time.
