Came face to face as he left building the back way

I was at the Orange County Fair. I was heading to my car, which was parked behind the building housing the stage. As I rounded the corner, Bob Hope came out the back door. His limo was waiting for him. We were within inches of each other. We were both very surprised. And the only thing I could think to say was, "Looks like Elvis left the building!"
