When I was working in radio in Dalton, Ga., I had the opportunity to cover the opening of a circus with Tiny Tim as special grand marshall. I was able to chat with him for a length of time and found him to be quite interesting and humble. He talked with me about his wife and daughter and autographed a picture for me. I later met him on two other occasions and still enjoyed meeting him. I don't care for his singing, but I did think he was a wonderful human being and probably deserved more national attention than he received. Please pick me and Tiny Tim as your winner!!
