When I was younger, my dad took me to a Texas Rangers baseball game. They were playing the Orioles that day, and the Orioles' most famous player was going down the wall signing autographs. When he got to me, he realized that I had nothing to sign or a pen, so he took somebody else's pen and signed my Rangers hat, even though he played for the Orioles. When he signed it, he looked me in the eye and said, "Listen to your dad son, stay in school." I thought it was the coolest thing ever and still have that hat.
