I met Anthony Edwards once, and instead of being excited about his fame in the show "E.R." I gushed and asked him to sign a paper as "Gilbert" from Revenge of the Nerds. He scoffed and let me know he'd done more accomplished roles. I wanted to say "Lewis was the better nerd," but I bit my tongue. We took photos with him.
