I was sitting on the bench next to Billy Van
I was out dining with a friend at a restaurant that no longer exists in Toronto. The guy next to me on the bench seat was grey-haired, on the stocky side and wearing glasses and a tuxedo. During the course of our conversation, another man walked up to the guy in the tux and introduced himself, it was then, that my friend noted that we were sitting next to Billy Van. I think he used to be on The Party Game, but I still remember the younger Billy Van as a character in the movie Shangri-La. We acknowledged him and left him to enjoy his meal on his own.
