Bill & Hilary Clinton in my neighborhood
Back when Bill Clinton was President, he, Hillary and Chelsea visited my hometown of Scranton, PA. Hillary's father grew up on the block where I grew up, only a few houses down from mine. When Hugh Rodham passed, they attended a church in my neighborhood for his funeral. They returned to the same church for a Christening in Hillary's family. It was during that time that I had the opportunity to shake their hands, capturing them on video and in still photographs. The night prior, my father was returning from my grandmother's house (down the street from us), when 2 secret service agents jumped out of the bushes, lol.
It's not often that a President visits your small town neighborhood, not only once, but twice!!
Hillary visited again on Monday and is scheduled to return tomorrow for our annual St. Patrick's Day parade, the third largest in the nation!
