My run-in with Rob Zombie!
OK, true story! My wife and I went to see Korn & Rob Zombie @ the Bilo Center in Greenville, SC, back in 2002. It was general admission, so as usual, all the front seats were full, so we had to sit kind of to the side of the stage. Rob Zombie came on first, then Korn. As we were watching Korn, I looked to my left, and Rob Zombie and his girlfriend were walking towards the stage! Just below us! I had bought a t-shirt, and I REALLY wanted him to sign it, so I reached down, shirt in hand, and started waving it madly trying to get his attention. In doing so, I accidentally knocked his cowboy hat off! He bent down, got his hat, put it back on his head, then looked straight @ me, for a long, long time. I was positive he was going to kick my ass. Hell if I were him I would have! I sat down in my seat, he was still staring. Finally, he flipped me off, and walked away. I mean I'm no wuss, but I wouldn't have fought him. When he got stage-side he looked back a couple of times. Scared the hell outta' me!
