On set with Christopher Lambert
I'm a very young actor, and am only a beginner. But in 2005 I finally landed my first movie role. And even though the movie wasn't that big, and neither was my role, it was still something! Christopher Lambert, James Faulkner, Brian Blessed and Phyllida Law were all in the film, and were all very nice - especially Mr. Lambert and Ms. Law. I had a chance to speak with both of them. Phyllida Law mainly spoke about her daughter, Oscar-winning actress Emma Thompson. But let's not get carried away, this story is about Christopher Lambert. The first time I met him was during hair and makeup. We were both in chairs getting our hair/makeup done, and he started the conversation. He first introduced himself, and shook my hand. He was extremely nice. After our first scene together, even though I didn't have a speaking role, he said he thought I did great for someone of my age, and wished me luck in my career. Weeks later towards the end of filming he gladly signed my film script, and was still extremely kind with everyone. The next time I met him was at the film's premiere, but we didn't really get a chance to speak then. We just greeted each other. Still, it was an amazing experience.
I realized Mr. Lambert, besides being a celebrity, is a very nice person, and that's what counts.
