Hey Rob, you need a cab?
I drive a cab in Oklahoma City, and Rob Zombie was touring here last year. I was parked at the Renaissance Hotel downtown OKC. I knew he was in town because their were big tour buses parked in front and one of them had a huge "Rob Zombie's lastest film 'Halloween'" printed on the bus.The whole bus was like a movie poster. It was pretty cool. Michael Myers never looked so scary. While I was checking out the bus and listening to some Nine Inch Nails, the valet signals to me to pull up. Now I see a lot of tours come through town and they (the celebs) usually take limos when they go somewhere, so I'm not expecting this at all. I pull up and standing next to the valet is Rob Zombie. I'm like "holy moly." He comes up to me and says, "I'm just waiting on two more people." I'm thinking please let it be his wife! You know the tall sexy crazy blonde in all his movies. So as I'm looking for something cool that they could sign, I hear the valet say to Rob, "You know we have a private shuttle we can get you real quick." So I start to get out of my cab, and the valet says to me "that's OK man." My mouth just dropped. But I had to play it cool, so I said "alright," but inside I was soooo freaking....I dont know. What was I going to do, cry? I dont think so. I had money to make that day. Peace... Damon
